Because we at Christmas Central bring you one of the largest selections of seasonal merchandise, mainly Christmas and Halloween, our return policy has been broken down into 2 parts. In Season Merchandise (Halloween and Christmas) and Everyday.
In Season Merchandise All seasonal merchandise that is ordered from October 1, 2008 thru December 31, 2008 (In Season) will have the following rules: (for everyday items please see below)
- THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF HALLOWEEN MERCHANDISE STARTING OCTOBER 15, 2008, this includes all orders placed on this day and after this day.
- THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF CHRISTMAS MERCHANDISE STARTING DECEMBER 1, 2008, this includes all orders placed on this day and after this day.
Out of Season Merchandise and Everyday Merchandise: From January 1, 2008 until September 30, 2008 the following rules for seasonal merchandise will apply:
- We provide a 3 business day return policy. Since ALL requests for returns must be made within 3 business days from the date you received your purchase, you must be sure to open your package immediately upon receipt. Failing to do so within this time-frame will not be permitted. If your merchandise breaks down after our three day policy from normal use, please do not call us to return your product. You will need to call the manufacturer as they have warranties for the merchandise and they will get it fixed for you. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these cases.
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Why do we have these restocking fees? The reason is simple: to keep costs (and thus prices) down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. If you buy something and then return it, the company has to deal with more costs to handle the return plus the credit card fees associated with putting the charge through then crediting it.
- We cannot cancel your order. Once you have placed your order it cannot be canceled.
Exceptions To Our Return Policy
- Unfortunately, these types of items aren't returnable unless we made a mistake in your order or in shipping.

This information only applies to all merchandise purchased off of eBay from Merchant Overstock.

Please do not ask us to accept a return of merchandise for eBay purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect merchandise:
You have 3 business days to report any damages or incorrect merchandise that you may have received. If you do not report this to us within 3 business days, we will not be held responsible. If you received a damaged order or incorrect merchandise, please let us know right away and we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to get new merchandise?
The following are shipping times on packages that are re-shipped due to damages or incorrect items. These do not reflect processing time.
UPS Ground: 2-6 Business Days to lower 48 States UPS Ground Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: 6 Business Days UPS Next Day Air: Delivered Next Business day after shipment UPS 2-Day: Delivered 2 Business days after shipment UPS 3-Day Select: Delivered 3 Business days after shipment UPS World Wide Express: 2-3 Business Days
Business days are Monday thru Friday and exclude all holidays.
All Packages are insured.
International buyers that refuse packages will be at a loss. The package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Any packages that are refused will be at the customer's expense and will incur the 20% restocking fee. Customer will pay all actual shipping charges to the shipping address and back to Christmas Central.
Packages that are returned because customer put the wrong ship to address will be subject to paying all actual shipping fees associated with the package coming back to Christmas Central and then to re-ship the package back out to the correct address regardless of what you paid on your initial order.
Packages that are returned because customer was not there after the 3rd delivery attempt will be responsible for paying all actual shipping fees associated with the package coming back to Christmas Central and then to re=ship the package back out. If you decide you do not want to re=ship, the merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Return and Exchange Information
We do not offer exchanges of merchandise. If you wish to exchange merchandise, it will be treated as a return and new order.

If you meet the requirements in the previous page you may return your item to us. There is no need to email or call us. Simply place your merchandise back into the original box it was sent in, or another of your choice and send it to the following address:

Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a note why your item is being returned.
Since we are not paying for the shipping costs of the returned item(s) you may send them back however you wish since you will be paying the shipping charges to get the item(s) back to us. We recommend you do send your return back fully insured and traceable.
When to expect your credit on returned item(s)
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit on your returned item(s). If we can get you credited back sooner we will. Your credit will process the exact way you paid.
Cancelling an order
As stated before, we cannot cancel your order once it is placed.
